Scope and starting conditions
Do you rebuild only after the structure is dry, and who confirms the readings? Is the repair plan itemized by room and trade? What is included for drywall, paint, flooring, cabinets and trim, and what is excluded?
If drying isn't finished, the right answer is to plan the repairs now and start later, not to close wet walls to stay on a calendar.
Insurance
Will you discuss the rebuild scope with my adjuster if I ask you to? How do you handle differences between your repair plan and my insurance company’s write-up?

Schedule, payment and workmanship
What is the expected start after the scope is agreed and materials are ordered? Which rooms will be offline? How do you control dust?
