2. Scope and schedule: we document the damage and prepare a detailed estimate and schedule that takes your business hours and tenants into account.
3. Coordinate: we work with owners, property managers, tenants and insurance adjusters.
4. Rebuild: we handle framing, electrical and plumbing, then drywall, ceilings, paint, flooring and trim.
5. Turnover: we walk through the finished space with you.

Common commercial rebuild scopes

Most commercial rebuilds involve the same core finishes as a home, at a larger scale. Typical scopes include replacing drywall along corridors and in offices, repainting full walls so suites look consistent, replacing flooring across open work areas, swapping out door frames and base trim, and rebuilding restroom and break-room finishes. When damage crosses tenant lines, we keep each area's scope separate in the estimate, so owners, tenants and carriers can each see their share.
