Flood Rewind rebuilds homes and businesses after water damage throughout the Kansas City area. After a mitigation company dries the property, we handle the reconstruction: drywall, paint, flooring, trim carpentry, cabinets, kitchens and bathrooms, finished basements, ceilings, and framing, electrical and plumbing repairs. We also work with your insurance company on the rebuild. They dry it, we fix it.
Every project is managed from our office at 15275 Metcalf Ave in Overland Park, and we're open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Here's how it works. Once your mitigation company confirms the structure is dry, we walk the property, write a detailed line-item estimate, and coordinate the scope with your insurance adjuster. One team then manages every trade, from drywall to final paint, and completed work carries a one-year workmanship warranty.
